Employee Referral Bonus Program

Know someone great? Get paid. Refer a qualified candidate who joins Appolo Heating and completes their first 90 days — and you earn a bonus of up to $2,500 per referral. Effective June 1, 2026.

How It Works

Refer

Refer a candidate to your manager or HR — before their first interview.

They Join

They're hired and start at Appolo Heating.

30 Days

First payout after they complete 30 days.

90 Days

Second payout after they complete 90 days.

Bonus Tiers

The stronger their experience, the bigger the reward.

No Prior HVAC Experience — $200

Entry-level hire with no formal HVAC training or field experience. $100 at 30 days + $100 at 90 days.

BOCES / Vo-Tech Graduate — $400

Completed a BOCES or Vocational-Technical HVAC program. $200 at 30 days + $200 at 90 days.

1+ Years HVAC Experience — $600

At least one year of documented HVAC field experience. $300 at 30 days + $300 at 90 days.

Administrative, 3+ Years — $500

Office, admin, or support hire with 3+ years relevant experience. $250 at 30 days + $250 at 90 days.

5+ Years HVAC Experience — $2,500

Top reward: experienced journeyman or senior technician. $1,250 at 30 days + $1,250 at 90 days.

Program Terms & Conditions

You must be actively employed by Appolo Heating at the time each bonus installment is paid.
The referred candidate must be a new hire — not a former Appolo employee returning within 12 months.
The candidate must not have applied to or been in contact with Appolo’s hiring process in the past 6 months.
The referral must be submitted to HR or management before the candidate’s first interview.
Bonus payments are subject to federal, state, and local payroll taxes and appear on your W-2.
If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus goes to whoever referred them first.
Appolo Heating may modify or discontinue this program at any time with reasonable notice.
A supervisor or manager is not eligible for a bonus on candidates hired directly into their own team.
