This policy explains what information Appolo Heating Inc. (“Appolo Heating,” “we,” “us”) collects through appoloheating.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
- Service and tune-up requests: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, and anything you write in the message box.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, city, work history, certifications, how you heard about us, and the resume you upload.
- Online payments and filter orders: payment and order details you enter on our payment and filter-shop pages. These are processed by our payment and shop providers; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Chat and phone calls: what you type into the chat assistant on our site, and details of calls you place to the numbers shown on the site.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we and our service providers automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the page that referred you. Our form system records the IP address with each submission to help prevent abuse. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising measurement, and security.

How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and business obligations. Job applications are kept for up to 2 years.
