Appolo Heating Response to Coronavirus Pandemic – COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers,

To meet current needs and industry standards, Appolo Heating is working to ensure the safety and well-being of all of our customers and employees and we want to help everyone feel more comfortable about the latest news surrounding the coronavirus.

  • We have instructed all of our employees to follow the guidelines issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regarding travel, health, exposure, and working/returning to work. 
  • We are making sure that all of our employees fully understand what it means to be “possibly exposed” or “exposed” to further limit potential transmission. If they have been exposed or show any symptoms, we will not allow them to work until they have received appropriate medical advice and care, and a release from their medical provider stating that they have been cleared to return to work.

Additionally, all of our Technicians and Installers have been issued appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and have been educated on the appropriate means of utilizing them.

  • We will also ask that if you are sick, self-isolated or in quarantine, or may have come in contact with someone who has the coronavirus, that you call to reschedule any in-person technician or service/sales appointments. Additionally, if you have recently had an Appolo team member in your home and have been potentially exposed or exposed, please notify us so that we can continue to take appropriate precautions. 
  • We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will take the additional steps needed to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Our top priority is to ensure that we are available to meet all of our customers’ needs while doing our part to protect our customers and employees and their families. As a business classified as ‘essential’, our team of valued employees will continue to adapt as needed to the changing conditions as we continue to operate and meet your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Our hearts and thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by this event, including our healthcare workers and first responders, and the many others that have tried to minimize the impact of this virus.
